I thought of something new I want to start doing. I thinking about giving information on fitness weekly or daily depending on how much time I have in my busy schedule. Fitness Nuggets I will call it and thier will be tidbits about nutrition and exercising. Their are millions of sites that are already doing this...Hmmm what can I do to really set myself apart from others only time will tell but I will think of something, its just the start of a new journey.
You could tie it to your curriculum that way you have automatically differentiated your lessons providing students another method of obtaining information about fitness :) You could include tidbits that you bring up in class wrong to see if kids correct you or put on a pop quiz for extra credit.
